Recruitment Process

For mobilizing of Overseas / International manpower , We, as Overseas Employment Promoters are under obligation to Bureau of Immigration, Government of Pakistan and are required to complete some Immigration formalities before we start recruitment / screening of personnel on behalf of a its international clients . We need some specific documents from our clients (Samples can be download below) which allow us to recruit and mobilize the candidates for its Client’s Recruiting Agent in Pakistan.

Demand Letter and Power of Attorney

This document is required by Immigration Department, Government of Pakistan, Karachi, duly attested by Pakistan Embassy/Consulate in the Client’s Country/City, appointing us as Overseas Employment Promoters in Pakistan and to carry out Immigration formalities on behalf of the Client i.e. Signing of Foreign Service Agreement: endorsement of visa of Clients workers, completion of passport and to get clearance from State Bank of Pakistan etc.
